Villa il Mulino is an enchanting and characteristic independent house on a hill near Arezzo. The villa is the result of a skillful, architectural renovation af a typical 17th century building. Surrounded by an immense park of century old trees, it is undoubtedly the perfect place to enjoy the peacefulness of the Tuscan countryside. The house is open all year round and offers its guests lodgings in 5 rooms and 1 suite, all impeccably furnished in period style. Fenced property, 550mt above sea level.
The guests at the villa can enjoy the excellent local products, not to mention the delicious cuisine which is intertwined with the traditions of the land.

The villa has a private swimming pool, open from 29 April to 15 October, 8x16 m, depth 90 cm-2.50m) equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, diving board and mini-bar with fridge.

Ground Floor:
this floor has a dining room with fireplace, reading room, TV room and a room equipped for breakfast, kitchen equipped with all necessary needs including microwave and dishwasher.

First Floor:
Every bedroom has its own personal colour, equipped with satellite TV, mini-bar, telephone, internet connection, bathroom with shower. The Suite also has an independant entrance, a living room with fireplace (which is opened to the mezzanine floor) and the sofa can turn into a double bed. Going up a few wooden steps there is a double bedroom with shower.
